Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the students of Stella Maris Ampang, were disappointed that they could not go on their annual study tour.  However, the school administrators came up with an alternative plan to save the day.  A virtual tour of the Yakult Factory was scheduled for each class.  On the appointed day, students clicked on a link which took them to a site where a host from the Yakult factory explained about probiotics and the history of how the manufacture of Yakult started.  They also viewed the many processes involved to produce the final, bottled, Yakult drink. The students were enthusiastic and excited about this new and innovative experience. Besides which, it was a welcome change from their daily routine.  At the end of the tour, there was a photo session and each student received a certificate.
